I would like to share with you my very first experience with you on my big weekend away diving. here goes......... When I confirmed with Stu the dates for my first open water dive I was ready and raring to go, but as the days drew nearer the nerves began to majorley kick in and as the day arrived I felt very anxious also I struggled to get a good night sleep. I so wanted to do well and at times I am my own worst enemy as I put myself under unnecessary pressure, lets just say I was born a worrier and always want things to run smoothly. So straight away my advice to all  beginners is stay calm and relaxed and remember you are in good hands. And that I was!
